Where do your items ship from?
Some items (like our greeting cards, stickers, and enamel pins) ship directly from Joyful Nonsense HQ, lovingly packed by me with confetti level enthusiasm.
Other items (like t-shirts, totes, and other wearable nonsense) are printed and shipped directly from our print partners.
So if your order arrives in separate packages, don’t stress - it’s not a glitch in the matrix. It’s just joyful logistics.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on what you’ve ordered and where you live.
If you're ordering multiple things, we combine shipping where possible - but because items may come from different places, your shipping may be split across packages.
When will I get my order?
Dispatch times vary depending on what you ordered:
Joyful Nonsense HQ items: usually ship within 2–3 business days
Print-on-demand items: usually ship within 3–5 business days
Once shipped, you'll get a tracking number (where applicable), and then it’s in the hands of our favourite chaotic neutral: the postal service.
Can I return or exchange an item?
Because many of our products are made-to-order or limited stock, returns and exchanges aren’t always possible — but if there’s an issue with your order, please get in touch and we’ll do what we can to make it right.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes — most items ship internationally!
